« on: January 29, 2005, 03:59:53 PM »
I have had a private request for this link from an MO.

I have seen these items used by divers and body boarders. All reports have been positive.

I hope this is will help with your situation :o

No really,  have you ever been body boarding all day w/o a shirt? Ever goten sand in a wetsuit. The result can be like road rash. These things realy work.

Board rash sucks! I wore a body board lycra shirt when I was going to be in the water for a few hours.

Same thing when I run more than 6 miles. My shorts chafe against my thighs. Very painful. I started wearing dry fit compression shorts beneath my regular shorts. I also use a product called BODYGLIDE to prevent chafing and blisters. I like it and it can be readily found at your local sporting goods store like Sport Chalet.

Back in the day there was no lycra, just cotton Ts and nip gaurds.

Check out the link I put up for the anti monkey butt powder, it does wonders for the chaffing. After I screwed up and used Gold Bond MENTHOL  powder for chaffing, while backpacking in the Grand Canyon I only carry the AMBP

Was it just me, or did anyone else think of Janet's "nip guard" when they read the name of the link? (yes, Superbowl is in the air)!!!   ;D

I'm not totally useless; I can be used as a bad example.

I'm not your type.  I'm not inflatable.

Therapy is expensive. Popping bubble wrap is cheap. You choose.

According to my internet research Janet was wearing  a "nipple shield" not a guard.;)
