Icon Mil Spec Vest (not 56k friendly!)

I just got it for Christmas from my girlfriend, who bought it from new enough.
Its a little tight on us bigger guys (one size fits all) but if I play with the sizing cords I think I can give me a little more room.
Heres a picture...
I like the reflectivity of it.... you can see its just as bright reflecting as the 3m reflectivity material in the Cortech jacket. And the orange is actually brighter looking than that. Good purchase!!

Is that a badge holder on the vest? Does it come with that.... if so... that could come in handy for me.

Looking at the picture, the black thing on the left is a pocket. The thing on the right is in fact an ID holder. It velcroes on so you can quickly remove or place the ID there, as necesary

I've had my eye on the Icon vest at New Enough for awhile now. I think it's hot! But I was worried about the one size fits all. I was waiting until I could try it on first hand.

Well to give you an idea.....
I'm 6', 215lbs. I wear an XXL Cortech Jacket (its a sport fit, so more like an XL) with back protector. It JUST fits me at the largest setting. You can tighten it if you're smaller to a certain extent.

Think it will tighten enough for a 5'10'' 145lbs person? I wouldn't want to have something that flaps around all over the place.

I don't think it will flap around at all. it is relatively small.
I took a few more pics to give an idea... sorry theyre dark
Its hard to see, but the straps are really pulling on me. I am going to play around with them (ie untying the ends and moving it out a little bit for more room ) because I like it so much

I thought about buying this as well. Does it really light you up at night?

Cammie,
These were all taken while my apartment was pitch black. I also experimented with using a flashlight (similar to a headlight I would assume) only difference is that the orange shows up much better. The reflection is just as reflective.

Thanks JC. The vest will make you very visible at night. I got a Newenough gift certificate for Christmas. Maybe I'll buy the vest. Does it fold up nicely and fit into a tank bag with room to spare?

I havent tried folding it yet but I can't imagne it not fitting. Might be hard creasing the fold though because of the pocket in the small of the back
