Hmmm, might be able to get it cheaper if you look around.  I bought the rear tire alone at Del Amo for $100.  Cycle Gear mounts the tires off the bike pretty cheap, have great prices, and offer Hazard Maintenance if you get a nail or something.  Find someone with stands and take the wheels in.  Might save $40-50??

These are very nice tires (compared to the non-radial BT-45's we used to run!).

Get 'er done!!

Ray.... cool.

Ian, I called a couple places and came up with the same.   Didnt call cycle gear because I don't have my rear stand delivered yet, and i dont have a front.... Although in the future it sounds like a better alternative.

But the place I'm going to I've been before.  Its 5 more than Hawkster's place, but 40 miles closer ;)

JC, hope it's not too late but...

The M1 sportecs are the same compound and belt construction as the Diablo's.  Literally they were a joint development.  The Diablo's have a better tread pattern and have more wet traction.

If you can live without the extra wet traction in SoCal, the M1's are about $50 cheaper a set than the Diablo's.

Were you complaining about $270? I have paid $410 before. :)

A set of Pirelli MT75's for the ninja250 - $100 total
Installation - many hours and lots of sweat and swears

See, a ninja250 is much more economical, you should switch  ;D
