Two wheel tuesday BBQ
« on: April 26, 2005, 08:29:12 PM »
My wife created this meal:

Flank steak marinated in lime juice, olive oil, 1 garlic clove and a tsp of cumin for 4 hrs. I applied a glaze made of: 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, 1 tbsp of Hoisin sauce,1 lg garlic clove(minced), 1 tbsp lime juice and 1 tbsp of minced canned chipotle chile. I then BBQ'd this for 6 min on each side over high heat. We served it with an artichoke(melted butter) and 2 melon wedges wrapped in prosciutto. I love her!!!!!!!! We served it with a glass of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. Salud!!

Any left overs? I can be there in 1/2 hour w/ a sassy little bottle of Curtis Winery 2002 VIOGNIER for dessert! :D

Wow, wrap that up in aluminum foil and stick it up by the engine and the downtube.  Will have a fully cooked meal after completing next ride.  I'm adding it to my motorcycle cookbook.
