Upload folder full????

We're trying to post a picture (small 320 Kb file) and get an error message saying "upload folder full". Any ideas for making it less full :laugh:. I know nothing about such stuff ???

Okay Bill it's fixed now. I attached a test pic of my first bike... which I miss.  :'(
