Yamaha R1 04 with cool upgrades - $5500

I have decided to sell my street bike since I will no longer be riding on the street. This bike has never been down or raced, just canyon riding since I live two blocks from Angeles Crest. Mainly weekends, no commute. All upgrades have been done by me and Pasadena Yamaha. Here are some of the add-ons:

    * Graves Rearset
    * Graves velocity stacks
    * Full Sato exhaust system
    * Dynojet Power Commander III (fully tuned)
    * Vortex brake and clutch lever
    * Forks have been flushed, revalved and resprung
    * Frame sliders
    * Bar end sliders
    * Rear spoolsTech
    * Flush front signals
    * Spec tank pads
    * 520 conversion (-1+2)
    * Brand new set of tires with 80% life left
    * Cams pulled and valves adjusted at 16K
    * It's been maintained by Pasadena Yamaha

I am in no rush selling the bike so please don't send me insanely low offers. I am asking a fair market value.
