I don' t know if there's any interest, but I continue to host a chat room for ousted beginnerbikers, and any others.
The java client can be reached at the link below - no need to install any software. The java applet may take a minute or so to load though.
http://antinazi.home.comcast.net/pjirc/irc.html
Then type /nick Whatever
If you already use IRC, the server is irc.cepheid.org, the channel #beginnerbikes

Tried but it required a download of unknown software, decided not to proceed.
Seems many of the former beginnerbiker website just went in a lot of different directions. I know I am a bit confused as to where everybody went.

I see that a couple of people signed on today, but left without saying anything, which is OK, but I don't notice that anyone's around if they lurk.
The java applet is harmless, though of course, you only have my word for it.
