I need a lift!

 Hi guys,

My Seca picked up a big screw in the front tire. I managed to get home on it ok. But I think the tire was damaged now, and if lets air out real fast. So I don't think I can ride it to a shop.

I have a pickup truck, but I don't have a cycle ramp. Does anyone have one I could use? Maybe you could swing by my place, and we could get the bike into my truck, and then I'd treat for dinner?

I'm thinking Saturday the 5th?

I have a 6 ft ramp that's perfect for a 2002 2wd F150.... if your truck is raised much more, it probably won't work too well (or at all).

I am in Glendora, near the 210/57 freeways.

I have a Tacoma 4x4, but it isn't really that much higher than a F-150's bed.

I can measure the height if you need to be sure...

you can rent a motorcycle trailer at UHAL for $15 a day.  Just an alternative for you.

The thing is not all UHAL carry this kind of trailer you'd better call around and check.

Well definetely let me know if you can't find a daily rental.   Ian drove over to my place when I needed help loading mine, so Id love to pay the favor forward if you can't find another viable alternative.

Actually, I see you are in downtown. I work in Hollywood, so technically I drive past downtown on Sundays when I take my truck to work for that day.

Think I could swing by, and borrow it? That way I would have a ramp at the shop to offload the bike.

I could leave you with something for collateral if you want.

Be sure you don't load it by yourself, have someone else there to help you..... else catastrophe may ensue.  I can attest.
